American Boat Trailer Bunks, Previously known as Eastern alloy bunk protection covers, we have re-branded these bunks to be known as Ultra Alloy which are a direct upgrade / replacement for your existing bunks that may have worn down carpet or rubber coverings.
These plastic profiles are designed to suit bunks 120mm / 130mm wide. Generally found on larger American style boat trailers; These plastic boat trailer parts will not only help protect your boat, but make launching and retrieving your boat a lot easier!

Acetal Plastic Black Rod 12mm Dia X 1000mm
Well made, good welds and galvanising. I got the 50mm brackets just cranked them up in the vise a little didn’t want to risk pulling them in with the bolt. I cut the outer posts down and galvanised to keep uniform with the bunks and roller posts. I coupled it with Roxome self centring roller.
