Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Roxom Pty Ltd. The following information outlines our shipping terms and conditions.


Order Processing Time

Once your payment is authorised and verified, we aim to process all orders within 1-3 business day. You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order—please keep this as proof of purchase. 

If there are any delays or issues with your order, our team will contact you promptly.

If an item is on Backorder, Pre-order or out of stock. Shipment may be delayed until all items have returned to stock. 


Shipping Methods

  • Smaller items are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.

  • Larger or bulky items—such as oversized items - Bunks, skids, kits etc —are shipped via courier.

  • Some large items (e.g. oversized items such as 3meter bunks and kits) can only be shipped to a local courier depot for collection due to freight constraints.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Estimates

After your order is processed, we will provide a delivery estimate within 1-3 business day.

Please note:

  • Deliveries are made on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and product availability.


Free Shipping Limitations

We offer free shipping on many items; however, in regional areas or for large/bulky items, free shipping may not be available.

In these instances, our customer service team will:

  • Contact you with alternative delivery options, which may include a custom courier quote or depot collection.

  • If a suitable arrangement can’t be made, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


Click & Collect Orders

Customers local to our warehouse on the Gold Coast & Brisbane have the option to collect orders.

Once your order is confirmed and all items are ready. One of our customer service representatives will contact you to inform your order is ready for collection.

Collection of orders may be delayed if certain products are out of stock, on back order, pre order or need to be transferred from a different location.

All orders must wait for confirmation before any collection can occur.
